    Lee Bloom is the founder of Aldine Advisors, a professional services firm providing financial decision support to privately held and small-cap publicly traded companies. Prior to starting Aldine Advisors, Lee worked at Duff & Phelps for over 22 years, heading up the Financial Advisory Practice in the firm’s Chicago office.

    Lee lives in Chicago with his wife, Lisa, and son, Max. Lisa is a Business Systems Analysts at CCC Information Services. She is past president of the JCC’s City Central board. Max attends The Laboratory Schools at the University of Chicago. Lee, Lisa and Max are members of Anshe Emet Synagogue where Max also attends religious school.

    Lee grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey. He made his way to the mid-west by attending Washington University in St. Louis where he received his BSBA and MBA degrees. He has been a resident of Chicago’s north side since moving to the city in 1983.
